All data will be held as long as your account remains active. On account deletion, your personal data (email, name, other personally identifiable information) will be deleted. Other, non-identifiable data such as training logs and trackable metrics, may be retained in an irreversibly anonymized format for the purposes of research, analytics and development of platform features.
Enable core app features such as program delivery, client-coach collaboration and product analytics.
Analyze usage patterns to enhance features, usability, and performance.
Send important updates, respond to inquiries, and provide customer support.

We only share your information in the following cases, and limit data sharing to necessary data only.
Necessary data (training logs, metrics and other training-related data) are shared with your coach to enable their effective usage of the platform's tool set.
Trusted third parties necessary to the functionality of the platform (for example, payment providers).

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, user data may be transferred as part of the business assets.
