Yes. We do not share your data with any external organizations. Sensitive information like passwords are encrypted on reciept and stored securely.
Currently Lift Smart is available on web only, and requires an internet connection. We are planning to release mobile versions in the near future for athletes to log their training.
Navigate to your Calendar. Click on the day you want to log training for, then click Edit. If your coach has created sessions for you, you will see a small dumbbell icon on the respective days.
Yes! From the Calendar view, after selecting a day, there are options to copy and/or move sessions with various settings for what fields you wish to copy.
You can create custom Exercises and Modifiers (e.g. equipment, stance, grip etc.) from the Session page or from Account > Exercises.
We can offer support in importing your data as long as it is in a consistent, machine-readable format such as JSON or spreadsheet/csv. Under many data protection laws such as GDPR, businesses are legally required to provide you with a copy of your personal data when asked, even if it is not an obvious feature of the platform. We cannot procure the data on your behalf, but we are more than happy to parse and onboard it to Lift Smart!
E1RM stands for Estimated 1 Rep Max and is the primary metric by which you can measure training effectiveness in powerlifting, and also allows you to estimate in advance the loads you should use in autoregulated training. Lift Smart uses a proprietary algorithm to distil all sets logged in a given session, for each exercise, down to a single estimate of your capability on that day.
Yes, you can choose from various options in Account > Settings. However, we strongly advise against using algorithms other than the default, unless you fully understand their limitations and how they will impact the accuracy of the metrics produced.
